Fractas (website: https://fractas.co) is the controller for personal data collected through this website. For privacy requests, contact hello@fractas.co.

  • Contact data you send us directly (for example email address and message content).
  • Technical usage data from optional analytics, only if you consent.
  • Cookie consent preference (essential), so we can remember your choice.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

  • Responding to enquiries and project communication: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
  • Optional website analytics: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) consent and ePrivacy consent rules.
  • Security, abuse prevention, and basic operations: GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

We use two categories:

  • Essential: stores your consent choice so we do not ask on every page.
  • Optional analytics: Google Analytics, loaded only after “Accept all”.
