Web Platform Operations Office Workflow Gas Blending

Overview

Alongside the mobile app, we built a web platform for office and operations workflows in diving centers.

Challenge

Dive centers needed more than a blending calculator. They needed a shared system for diver onboarding, tank records, fill tracking, and coordination between office and compressor-room roles.

Approach

We modeled the full workflow from diver onboarding to fill completion and record review. Then we built role-based web flows for tank management, log review, sticker printing, and fill coordination.

Architecture

The platform links cloud-stored fill records with QR-driven tank flows and role-based access. Audit history, operational status, and office data stay aligned through one shared domain model.

Outcome

The web app became the operational control layer for daily work. Teams could track queue status, completed fills, and pending handoffs without switching tools.

Lessons

Operational platforms work when office and field flows share one model. Separate tools create separate truths.
